Employee Lunch n Learn

At Miles Fiberglass our employees & their wellbeing is our top priority. When our employees thrive, we all thrive! That is why in April Miles fiberglass had the pleasure of hosting Justin & Brandon Myers from Advantage Mortgage to our facility to provide a free Lunch & Learn benefit to our employees. They brought Pizza, Soda & snacks and facilitated a presentation/ round table discussion on, how to prepare for a home purchase, the (dos & don’ts). They discussed the importance of credit requirements in the home buying process, down payments, work history requirements as well as different loan programs such as Conventional, FHA, VA, & USDA that are available to home buyers.  Nine employees attended the event and had many questions.  President Lori Olund stated, “It so hard for people to buy a home these days, that anything we can do to help them start the process is worth it” We hope that the employees that attended learned something that will push them further down the process of home ownership.
