Miles has a long history of family working together and growing all sides of the family business. July 1st marked a new tradition of growing and connecting with our new Culture Club, for employees by employees. This new model sets the tone for communication, employee engagement, and understanding the needs of our employees. Our team wanted something that allows our employees to interact with each other with a little summer fun. What better way to start off this new effort than to have a BBQ. The culture club brainstormed, volunteered their efforts to execute the plan, and hyped up our event to their peers. Announcement posters went up in three different languages to be more inclusive. The newly spruced-up area and picnic tables was perfect for everyone to enjoy. We had cornhole, washers, and ping pong for some friendly competition. The grills were hot, drinks were cold and the weather was perfect.
