In 1963 Lowell Miles founded Miles Fiberglass & Composites. Today MFC continues as a family owned operation that takes pride in producing quality products and supporting our employees. Miles Fiberglass & Composites, Inc. has grown to produce a variety of products using open molding, vacuum bagging, press molding, and resin transfer molding (RTM) processes. Miles Fiberglass & Composites, Inc. originally manufactured products such as air conditioning unit covers and canoes. Now, the company has expanded its capabilities to be able to produce one-of-a-kind, custom-made items.

Certified Composite Technicians

The Certified Composite Technician (CCT) training provided valuable skills and training that have increased quality and efficiencies. The CCT training course has been designed by the American Composites Manufacturers Association, developed to respond to industry needs for uniform training in technical skills, CCT is the recognized industry standard for evaluating an employee’s skill level and ability to advance, CCT is a large part of the MFC quality program. 40% of our workforce is CCT certified.
